Google Adsense. They post there PPC ads on your site and u get paid everytime someone clicks them

Yeah Adsense is the best for that. For affiliate marketing use: Amazon or Clickbank...

To be honest with you, I really don't suggest placing ads on a new site. First of all, you are going to get bad, I mean, really bad rates, from the advertisers because new sites can't position themselves where advertisers can get targeted traffic from. Unless you have a site somewhere which you have enjoyed success that you can leverage on a new site, don't start placing ads on your site.
