    New to the business world!

    Hello. I need some help I am trying to start my own retail business. I want my business to be an LLC. I know I have to do an application and all that but i'm curious to know do I need the LLC before I get the EIN number?

    Yes you will need the LLC before the EIN number.
    Make sure you reviewed all forms of business before choosing one, they are very distinct.
