Our store opening was earlier this evening. We got a brick-and-mortar Video Game and DVD store set up, stocked, and opened in approx. 3 weeks. If anyone is looking to do this, or has any questions, feel free to ask on here or PM. I'm going to have an extensive blog post or series on the topic, and will add it to hear as we go along.
