New Products to Market

I was wondering if anyone knew any resources or had any information about trying to take a product to market. I have an idea for a product, but it requires different skills I dont have such as actually making a prototype. Any information would be helpful. Thanks

Well... I have posted my intro in the introduction portion of the forum, but basically I am have a finance background and large interest in the industry. However, I am trying to create other streams of income including product creation and internet marketing. I am very serious about both projects, however, I like to research ideas and link up with motivated like minded people. I hope that answers your questions.
