Well, first of all, recession is not forever!!!!!! so if you already have a business - it's a good chance to actually work on it's weak points, as most of the time, problems make weak points visible, so instead of panic-collapse course, i would recommend improve-excell course.
But when it comes to start ups it requires more of an opportunistic thinking, so I would list - consulting company for troubled businesses, success coaching, cheap goods sale or logistics,etc
Personally, i think recession is the best time for investing, as Kiyosaki once said: " when there is a sale in the shop - people jump to buy everything, but when there is a sale (fancy word for crash, slump) on the market (real estate, stocks) - everybody sells ...."
