You hit the nail on the head with the healthcare answer. A buddy of mine who I went to college with is starting a medical waste disposal company. He's got the incinerator and everything. The toughest part about that type of business is the liscensing. It's an absolute nightmare.

Start up something related to eating the right way. Healthy. Raw maybe. The boomers want to live and by learning how to eat properly will be on their radar for sure.

FREE BUSINESSES Are BEST TO START OUT WITH

    Curious,

What is the most important factor in choosing a business? In my opinion, it is best to start with one that is free or very low cost so you don't have the stress of investing hundreds and losing it like most do. It is not easy to start a business, so learn to earn without the financial stress is always good advice.

Always look for recession proof businesses in these difficult times. Look for a product or service that requires no chasing people or selling is best. Always look for a business which will save you customers money, not cost more like so many do. It helps to choose a product which everyone already is purchasing for more, this is called transfer buying, very easy for the non sales types or newbies.

And most important, choose a business which has no attrition, and offering value and top rate selection and customer service is critical in my experience. Offer free trials is key to success given the competition is fierce and getting worse as more people look to supplement their incomes in these uncertain times.

    Good luck,
