It's not bad. I am not too keen on the black background, I just think the colour emphasises empty spaces too much.
I also don't like how much scrolling there is to do on the first page. Split some of that content into separate pages.
Other than that its an OK website.

make everything center - me personally I am not fond of things when it looks weird on my browser - everything is on the left, make it more viewable to the person by making the top frame and bottom frame
