I got a new idea that has been surfacing my mind for a few months now. I have made a business plan and I have a clear picture on what I want the company to become in the future. I'm just trying to gather opinions from other people for my market research to get more of idea about what people think about the project.

First off, I possess no experience or education in programming to create a new project from scratch but have projected my investments towards paying developers, programmers, coders, and administrative people.

This project I came up with is a community based project that is a hybrid breed of a popular stream service(justin.tv, ustream.com, etc..) mixed with a typical forum dedicated towards the viewers(i.e reddit, facebook, or maybe twitter). With this interesting system, the viewer has command to ask questions and up-vote the questions or statements for the broadcaster to answer or dictate. This way of service will be great for education, gamers, sports, technology news, business, and news in general.

Although in my mind i see the project with great potential, but rode into a roadblock. All I am asking for you guys is to critisize or inject your opinions into my projects so I can gain more knowledge as to what direction of I business I would like to take it into the future.
