New Layout: Please add the 'new posts' button back ASAP

I can't find the button to look at the new posts. I've found that is the most efficient way to navigate this forum.

Anyone? Is the button just hiding and I can't see it? I can't make heads or tails on here. I like the look.. its sharp... but not easy to navigate
