You are in a tough situation and I wish you the best of luck. Obviously finding funding is what you are trying to do. It will be a difficult path most likely but I hope you succeed.

Thank u warren for your encouragement..... i can say that without the funding needed to produce such an idea, it just becomes another awesome idea on the shelf, until sum1 else realizes the great potential with it. It is my passion, drive and vision that I have for this project that i hope will find someone to help me, before it does become forgotten or even manifested by others before me. It is my understanding that till this day from thee years ago, when i first came up with the idea, that having the mind I do, and the fantastic idea alone are not enough to gain the attention of sum1 in the position to help me financially. I really have grown to know that people are NOT as willing to fund a project than I thought they were. Banks, loaners, government ....blah blah blah...been there dun that...n zilch. I need sum1 seriously to take a look at what I got, and see the vision i have. Only then can u realize the great potential, and success of such a marketing platform.

I gave this advice in a different thread, but it will work here as well.

Build a site using the free resources that exist out there and show it to potential investors. Once they see it, even if it doesn't look all that good or work like it should, enough for them to get the idea, they will begin to see your vision and get excited about it.

I suggest a php based CMS, like e107 or joomla, then go to hotscripts.com and see if there are scripts that meet your requirements. The script does not have to do exactly what you are thinking of, but see if you can get the script to do what you want. Go to hostsomething-online.com for hosting services. They don't charge too much and have good customer service.

It will be way easier to get funding if you have a concept to show investors. You may find in the process that you can do what you want without them.

By the way, I'm not a programmer or a webmaster either.

tazman9r thanxs for the advice. Though I must say the references are cleverly well put.

yeah i know i could make a half-A version with the above recommendations, but then it would just be another ad for the internet

and since my idea has nothing to do with the internet, or the web all together, to set it apart from the world wide web the medium that i have selected is the only way i can display my idea, and so since it is the only way i can show it, this means that i need top notch editing software as opposed to various free scripts available online.

I feel as if investors were to see an ad online or more specifically on a website, that the whole purpose of my idea would be defeated. Yes somthing 2 show is better than nothing, but not if wut your showing is non represenative of the true concept.

---just know that i've created a new marketing platform that i want to introduce to the US, and I need equipment to do so, software, hardware..... My idea flys, ill end there.
