    New fashion brand

Hi there, my name's Matt Comstive and I've recently started a business with some start up capital from previous ventures. The brand is 'Cornoo Coetzee' which is a modern brand and first of all we are selling shirts and coats, hoping to expand after we have sold our first lines.

Feel free to browse around, I was just writing on here to raise awareness of the brand and to see if anybody could give me tips or feedback on the website as well as the business as a whole and also being in the fashion market. Our products are modern and made in Italy and they are retailing at £55-£65 per shirt. I would like to gather feedback on our business and any tips on how to improve. If you would like to get involved with the business which I advise as we have the potential to grow rapidly.

Thanks for sharing! One of the first things I noticed is that you asked to check around your website but didn't see any link. Do you have one? might get some great feeedback from the YE members. The other thing that I would suggest is to perhaps find a niche. What niche or demographic/audience is your business catering to?

See: How To Determine Your Customer Demographics

Many entrepreneurs, when entering a highly competitive market find it better to cater to a niche. That way their clients have specific needs, likes etc. that the company can easily serve. What is yours?

Apart from that, just use a lot of social media to get attention to your business. Stay in touch with as many clients as possible. Good luck!

Personally I believe you should expand to touch on more of the clothing fields. Don't just focus on the shirts and coats.

Adding more clothing lines would considerably increase overheads, would it not? As well as add new layers of complexity? IMO, a new brand should focus on what it's good at and become popular for a specific uniqueness before metaphorically biting off more than one can metaphorically chew..
