New business!! Private education service in Spain based in London´s teachers. I need some advices about videoconference and collaborative softwares

Hello YE´s mates I need your advice,

The thing is that I´d like to offer an "online eduation service" for spanish people but based in London teachers.

Which is the best value/price online viedoconferencing and collavorative service to go with?

Im talking about doing like a "web seminar internet based" in which 4 or more people can see to me and if they have camera I can see them as well and of course I should collaborate with them and they with me as well... I mean with ppt, documents, and all of us togueter being able to edit the same document at the same time.
