New Business Partner Need Advice

Hi guys,

I got a person who is interested in helping out my business startup. He wants to implement a new idea onto my business... which I think is a great idea. Before going into details of this project and advicing me with his ideas. He wants to go into an nda, what are some things I should consider before signing an NDA? So far, everything seems to be going along fine, to be on a safe side.. is there anything I could do to protect my current business if the guy decides to run off with my business idea or project?

I am also thinking of proposing a partnership agreement after seeing my legal consultant with a drafted version.

there are different types of NDA, im not sure which one you need but im sure there is one you need to protect your idea and his at the same time, just be sure to do your research, its not fun having your idea stolen, especially if that person uses this site as well :/
