    A few things:
    a) The banner doesn't show
    b) After i copied the URL of the .swf of the banner, I saw a full-sized version. Its gets the message across well and is simple. However, the text at the bottom right gets clouded by overlapping images. Perhaps put a white outline around your text to make it more visible.
    c) Your two threads are lacking in content and could have easily been condensed into one thread. Theres no need to clutter the forums
