Yes, I'm developing a new e-report for my new business Winning the Customer Service Game which will become a DVD and also a live workshop.

Many of you know that I'm a former consumer investigative reporter for Post Newsweek in DC. I have gotten sick and tired of the BS that Customer NO Service as a friend calls it rains down on the average customer.
