or better what you think how much it will cost and who can do it if any one can help please pm me i am in tight budget no job for last 6 months but urge to start something my own like you guys.

Hi I'm a designer but what you are looking for is a huge project, and it's an exceptionally difficult industry to get right. I would recommend you approach a team of developers or a website agency. You are looking at several thousands of dollars aswell.

Yeah dating networks are everywhere now, it's quite saturated. But if you want to I agree with nick, approach an agency. If you could think of a unique feature of your dating site that separates it from the other maybe it will flourish. Such as members can tag their crushes privately (without the person being tagged knowing), and if their crush also tags them they are both notified.
