I want someone to build me a real estate website. I would like it to have a nice flash photo introduction or something moving up top, must be professional looking. must link to many things. would like a tabbed view up at top and will need a data entry form which will transfer inputed data not only to my email but to a provided data base as well.

Yeah i understand but for 80 dollars you cant really get anything. Your best bet is to go on google and find a free template.

well i posted on getafreelancer.com and theres people willing to do it for around $100 its the flash thats expensive.
