Need suggestions, Contractors Bid on Tenant Repairs

    Hi,

I'm close to closing my loan for my business. They require that I have a contractor bid on any tenant repair bids I may have on the building. I wont know what needs to be repaired until I acutally occupy the building. There is a tenant in there right now and he won't be out until the end of next month.

Is there any way that I can make up a project for the contractor to bid on or if the contractor could draw something up for me just to help get my loan going. Suggestions please.

    Thanks,

    Robert

It may be beneficial to you to talk to other property owners and see if this is something they would be open to participating in since it could greatly reduce some costs to them in terms of having to repair it themselves. It could be like lendingtree.com for repairs.
