Need someone for web programming

I already have a website, but I would like to upgrade it. The problem is that the programming for it is too complicated for me. I want to enable the users to register to my site so they could see certain things that they could not have seen if they weren't registered. Also, if they are registered they could leave comments on certain things. Last, I want some sort of credit card paying system on the site so they could pay me strait from the site.

If anybody here can do something like this, please respond!

There not to difficult!?!

Guess I was under a stone when learning to do that became easy
Although I suppose you could search the web and find a template and mould it to your needs.

all you need to know about how to set up cookies and a few other stuff, i mean it isnt that hard if you know it.

P.S. I don't, so it would be hard for me and everyone else who doesnt know but if we learnt it then it wouldn't or get a programmer to do it.

try codelance.com and sites like that, you're not going to have a very easy time trying to find a coder to program that for free unless they are very generous. Even when learning to do that stuff it is pretty complicated. What makes it easy is constantly doing it over and over for projects and work, and lots of modulation helps you take coding and just plug it in where you need. Your best bet would be to pay somebody knowledgable to do it. There is some very qualified programmers on the codelance site.
