Hi,

first a bit more of myself:
I studied computer sience and ran my own small business since a few years now. During that time i gained a lot of experience in software sucessfully used, implemented and needed in small and midsize companies. More over I've got communication skills and relly good skills on understanding customer problems and needs and provide solutions.
Unfortunately I'm kind stumbling a bit around: I do some webdesign, online pr and search engine optimization (I wrote my master thesis about that), consulting about software and sometimes developing some interfaces.
I want to restructure everything for being more focused, or even better: Getting to some standard products where I can build some services around them.
I've got some experience (and a view online communities) about all renewable energies - my plan was to concentrate on distribution for services like marketing, communication, PR, customer relationship for companies in green energy.
I've got a small network of professionals around me and I've got a new offer from two acquaintance who are good in distribution and sales.
With all this at hand, I'm thinking of how to go more professional. At the moment I'm writing a business plan and creating a presentation for getting more into that concept.

What I need now is some advice on how to start more professional?
Are there other people who did something like that and know some mistakes?
What should I defenitly do?
How to get people into the services, that they buy something, participate or whatever?

Very general questions - sorry for that. Sadly, at the moment I feel a bit more confused than pretty straight forward - mainly because there are so many possibilities I guess.
Hope someone can understand me.

Thank you in advance.
Bye, Chris
