Need Some Serious Help!

Ok, My name is Eddie and 2 of my buddies and I have been thinking about starting up this new company. We have a good idea, and it is in the advertising field. The thing that were thinking about is a new way of advertising to maximize the amount of people that see advertisements. After we have this off and going we plan to move our company into an advertising firm. We will do all different kinds of advertising including billboards (This will all come way later though). Anyway I am really in a bind on what to do. We have came to the conclusion that we will need to start this in a large city. We all have never started a company and have no idea on what to do really. We most likely will need an investor not sure how much we need yet as of now, but I don't really see it being more then $70k to get this started. Where should we start and then what should we do?

Well first I would suggest that you be patient. Don't jump into it. Make sure that you all are educating yourselves with the knowledge you need. No investor will want to invest with people who are unsure about the steps they need to take.

I would start by reading some articles that my personal business consultant has written:

These are very practical articles that will give you a good foundation to start on.

youth is your advantage,so don't worry too much about how to start,firstly,keep the ambition in mind and go on.
your disadvantage's your youth,too,you haven't any experience about the field,so you need to make some investigation about the market,talk more with many people who're expert in it,learn from them,which must be great resource.
