so..yeah i went off and join a forum called "face the jury" thinking hey maybe i can do some advertisment there.... big mistake... it was the biggiest waist of time ever... people there are rude and stupid and act like 5 year olds... on top of that they think they are all that when they seriously sit on the computer for hours just to post nonsense on that weird forum....

so here is the problem... im not sure if its just bad luck i visited such lame site on my first try or am i going to run in to the same problem when i try to join a new fourm/online community?

what i did was i went on the fourm and started posting stuff in respond to their post in the same nature they were and was thinking after a few days i can start talking about my company. not i dont think that is even possible on a regular fourm that people talk about anything they want...

is there any suggestion of how i can get around that? or is there a special kind of community i needs to find and target in order to use it as a form of advertisment??

Was your target audience in the forum?

Keep trying, if you become a part of the community and contribute, people should eventually at least have a look at the link in your sig.
