    Need some advice please

Basically, at present customers bring in their dentures to our dentail technician shop, pay a set fee of £30 and we repair them, my idea is to create a website for the company where they can post them, we repair and send them back and they pay the fee online -paypal, bank account etc etc

The issue im having is. . . how can we offer free postage so they can order the service through their account, print off a free postage label, send the goods, we return them and then they pay online

Any advice please would be very much appreciated

Im not sure if this works but how about adding the postage charges to the fee they pay you.You can show the price break up in the billing. That would simplify lot of things I guess.

Charge the customer a little more for the convenience fee. You will be servicing customers that don't have access to dental technician shops. So they will gladly pay the price you set.

Your local post office will have ways for you to print off labels. You could do one visit per day to collect incoming dentures and send repaired dentures.
