Need some advice on how to divide early stage spending in startup

    Hi everyone,

I am slowly launching my startup and was curious to see if anyone could help me out. When you have expenses to cover, how do you proceed? We are three co-founders with different share-holdings (55-35-10). Should we simply divide costs by three or pay accordingly to our shares?

    Thanks for your help!

usually amount of shares owned is related to the amount of money invested. So, you should do your cash-flow plan to figure out what kind of money you need to start this business and then you start to sell shares to get this money.
