I think the site actually looks decent, looks a little outdated for some reason... any reason for the redundant navigations?

outdated as far in products or just the looks?, I kept it simple, I will be removing the category directory on the top. I'am just working on some flash.

Just the looks, to be more specific about some possible improvements:

Make all of the links on red background color match (Home + Login are white, My Account and Company Profile are blue, make all white) as well as information links(shipping returns, etc should be red...)

Make Content expand to all available width of the table it is in, to much white space on right side, maybe add a padding-left to that table?

In banner at top, there is one quarter of an orange cirlcle sticking out on the big printer and butterfly picture... edit out?

Expand width of search box to show entirety of 'enter search keywords'

I like to avoid the use of a black bg color, especially on a design like this, experiment with some lighter colors.
