Need more ideas for website

Hey All,

I runt he website Grogprices (www . grogprices . com) We are an Australian web site looking at cheap prices for alcohol where people live. So far it has been going all right, but im looking at more ways to grow. There are a couple of options i can choose

• Simplify the wesbite and remove unnecessary items
• add more social networking (users can create profiles etc.)
• encouraging people to invite and share the website
• offer points and rewards for people who contribute to the page
• get stores involved with adding specials
• change the layout of the site (simplify)
• broaden my target area by incorporating more than just alcohol (and pubs)

So far that is the list of things i can do but im not quite sure how to go about it. Im looking for recommendations as to what to do and guidance so to speak of what should be my next step in taking the website to a broader audience (i plan to extend to the US and the UK once i have the Australian side of things all set up)
