Need ideas on how to expand online....

I've been having a printing business for about 2 years. I actually closed up shop and starting January 1st decided to go strictly online. I think the internet is a huge open market. I have work on the website and started to promote it on facebook, twitter and craigslist.. I have gotten several calls and orders but not so many. I have always heard that site have huge traffics. I am trying to come up with strategic ideas to really get this off the ground.

you could check out the site vluprinting .com

There's lots of ways you can improve your website, starting with a new website design, that's just my personal preference tho, and you might want to do some SEO work on it. You might want to start an affiliate program or some sort of price breaks or something as well, feel free to PM me any questions you have, I've helped someone start an online printing business before, it's a competitive market (VistaPrint is hard to compete with), try offering something unique.

    Thanks,

I really thanks your input. To be honest i had my site with a different design and people said it look to crowded. so i kind of did it simple. I am also using a open source that has alot of go business functions. but any input that you could offer will be greatly appreciated.

Also how would affiliate program work on prices due to that the market is very competitive?

you can pay a service that fax your pamphlet / 1 page advertisement to hundreds of companies.

I always found this an interesting approach as I myself always read every ads that I received from my fax machine.

I even engage some of them like those buying old/spoilt computers, namecards, printer toners..

To be honest (I'm a little biased here), but if you use social media to expand it could pay off... plus it's free to do, just takes a little bit of time.
