need help with trademark,copywrite??
whats up YE, I just joined, Ive been looking on here for some time now but I just havent joined.
My question: I have a great podcasting company with a even better idea, but i dont have the money to trademark my logo any other alternatives to protect my name,work,logo? what should i do?

gather up the funds to register your company, dont worry no one will steal your logo etc within the first few weeks then trademark it once you have the funds available.  |

In the US, the moment you create something, it has copyright protections (as far as music, and recorded things go), the only reason to register it is for an easier case in court. So your work itself is fine.
As far as trademarking logos and such --- I would definitly do this as soon as you can afford it, but also consider how likely it is for someone to steal that? Not too much.
