need help with my site on google search

Does any1 know how I change the info on my website that shows up on google. The old page title is coming up and no description. I have changed the info on the actual html page but i think google has the old info saved in the cache. Any idea how to get the new info there.

Also how do i add the description to the site so it comes up with the search the only thing showing is the URL and page title.

this is when i type: burntheships.org into the google search field

You have to wait for Google to spider your site again. Depending on how visible you are to Google, or how many links you have... it's just a waiting game.
You could submit your site again, but there is not guarantee on how long that will take.
