Need Help!! What do I need to start my own company?

Hi all. I am new to Dallas and looking at the possibilty of starting up my own staffing firm. It will be a small operation, but I want to make sure that I do everything that I need to do. I already have my plan/vision quite well thought out. What I need help in is the legal sense. What do I need to do to register my company and any legal documents that I need to obtain. If anyone can give me a general or better yet a detailed summary of what I would need that would be A-MAZING! Thank you so much for your time and intrest and good luck to everyone.

That depends on what form of business are you starting? Corp? Partnership? Sole-proprietorship?

If its corp or partnership you'll wanna call you states business office, and also the IRS.

If it is a sole-proprietorship then contact your city.

They will tell you what you have to do in your state.

Why would one use a sole proprietorship or partnership? I see no reason.
