Need help searching for a clothing manufacturer..

Hello, I own a clothing company and have been searching for a reliable clothing company for quite awhile, I am finding it extremely difficult to find a reliable source... We used a company from Pakistan who we built trust over and ordered $5000 worth of clothing, the clothing we received was nothing like the sample they had sent us, now we just feel screwed, after several months of dwelling in our terrible decision we have decided to keep pushing, $4000 in debt, and cannot afford to make another bad decision. We would like some recommendations if possible, or maybe help finding a company...
We tried alibaba.com but could not find much that was of our style, we sell European fitted clothing and need screen printing and adjustments to sleeve lengths, ect.
