Need help, I'm stuck in a rut.

So I've always been interested in owning my own bussiness and working for myself. I'm 20 years old and I'm living with my girlfriend and I have 2 jobs that I hate. I'm only making about $300/week, I need to find something I can do online that will make this income so that I can continue these jobs while building the income.

Any ideas would be great on what I should do. I'm willing to put in a lot of work and as much time as I can. I've been looking around off and on the past year, but it just seems that everything is so saturated and once I get into an idea, I just get discourgaged.

    Thanks.

When i feel that i am getting stuck in a rut i go to books a million or barnes and nobles. I go to the magazine rack and pick up something brand new. I have no interest in airplanes but to pick up an airplane magazine gets my mind to working. It costs nothing since you can just read the magazine and leave it there. Look for things that may interest you, things that are new, or things that are gaining popularity. Also try to find some forums where people talk about their hobbies, interests, or new ideas. Just some thoughts

    good luck

What would the ideal solution to your dilemma look like? Start listing the attributes of the best possible solution to your current situation. When you have a clear picture of what the solution looks like, then you are prepared to go out and find it or create it.

Another way to get unstuck is to list 5 to 10 actions you can take this week to get closer to where you want to be and do them.

Only you can decide what you want and what you want to do. Money is easy, but how do you want to make money. You need to develop your "why?"

Your why will drive you to actually take a business model and run with it. There are TONS of business models and ways to make money online, the only thing missing is you with the proper mindset. Sort out what you want, and everthing else will fall into place.

Heres a mindset webinar we recorded in december.

I narrowed your quote down to the elements that struck me the most. Why do you feel you need to continue working the job that you hate? The "rut" that you're in is a result of your mental state. Do you really think you can effectively build a business that can generate income while you're continuing to poison your mindset with your current occupation? Change it up- it will be better for you in the long run, even if it costs you more in the short term (due to lack of income.) Find a job that you enjoy and will allow you to build your business on the side. Or just quit and start the business now. Be prepared to make sacrifices, but in the end, they won't feel like sacrifices when your endeavor begins to build steam.

I have a few things that I know of that you could easily do in your free time, that isn't necessarily boring or hard by any means. They could bring you anywhere from an additional $300 per month or $300+ a week or more.

If I helped you or you just want to donate a blogroll link to me, it'd be much appreciated. Do I expect that anybody will help me out? No, but it never hurts to ask

If you can't get motivated to do this, then maybe you shouldn't. In this kind of work it's all up to you, all the time. Maybe this is not the right type of work for you. I don't mean to be harsh, but I do want to be realistic. Maybe it's time to consider other options.
