I am from Goa, India and I need your sugesstions and help for starting a video games trade.

Electronics and cars have always been expensive in india than the rest of the world, and Software and Services have alwasy been cheaper here (compared to the western countries).Following this tradition, the XBOX 360 premium which costs USD400 in US costs USD700 in india.

First, I thought that the games would be cheaper in India, as it could be considered similar to software, and because PC games are cheaper in India. But this is not so.

These are the costs of xbox 360 games in US and India

Spiderman III
US: $29
India: $61

Burnout Revenge
US: $21
India: $57

UEFA
US: $22
India: $57

As you can see, the cost is more than double!!!

Now what i want to know is that IS THIS A BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY ?

If I set up my own online shop, make it famous in India, and partner with a chinese/american dropshipper who ships the games directly to customers homes, customers will get the CD for little more than the US price. i.e. The US/China price + shipping.

Will this be leagal ? And will this be possible ?
