ANY ONE HAVE A GREAT IDEA ON HOW I CAN SHIP PROBABLY A WHOLE PALLET OF FROZEN FOOD TO SAN JUAN , PUERTO RICO FROM MARYLAND??. I THINK I FOUND OUT A GRET PRODUT TO ADD TO MY LINE FRO DISTRIBUTION DOWN THERE.

Here's a link for refrigerated transport. This company delivers within the 50 states BUT you might want to ask them if they have partnerships that deliver from Puerto Rico to US. You might need custom clearance and all that.
