Need help coming up with a name.

I am posting this for a friend.

He is starting a real estate site for Canadian Real Estate but is looking for a catchy name.

He doesn't just want CanadianRealEstate.ca or anything like that, but if he must he will. Just trying to see what other ingenious ideas are out there.

I would suggest that you specify what type of real estate your friend is getting into as that will probably get you better fitting names.

I'm assuming that it is home real estate in which case I would suggest...

HomesHereNow.ca

Or something of that nature. I would try to stay away from specifying that the company is selling only Canadian homes. Reason being:

If I was a Canadian citizen, I would not set out to purchase a "Canadian Home." I would instead buy a "Home."

Specifying Canada in the name will not accomplish much. Instead describe where the homes are from in the text of your site and focus on creating an attractive name instead of a descriptive one. Remember, your ultimate goal is for your name to elicit a positive emotional response from people when they hear it. While the word Canada may provoke a positive response from Canadian citizens it will not be associated solely with your friend's company.

Thanks a lot for your tips. I'll definitely let him know to not specify too much on the Canadian aspect.

His website will have two portions 1 for residential real estate the other for commercial real estate.
