You have some buttons on your site that don't go anywhere - get these sections of the website up and running. On the main page I click on the 3 buttons below the graphic (which could be a little big) and all it does is take me to the top of the page. Also at the top of the site you can't click on Samples, Templates or Services - Get those up as well.

Also try to offer lower amounts then 1,000 maybe offer 250 and/or 500 as well.

Also on your CD/DVD Sleeves link you only have CD sleeves no DVDs - add DVDs also.

On your Shipping and returns page, make each question bold and make it where when you click on the question it takes you directly to that question and answer instead of having to scroll down and find it yourself.

Compare your prices to other sites that offer the same services - make sure your prices are around or lower then the competition. Maybe add "lowest price guaranteed"?

I like how your site looks and I'm in the process of starting my own business and would consider your site to be my printing resource but if I can find the prices cheaper elsewhere and all the products I need from one source I will.

Since 'NamesCody' has commented on most of the technical faults, I'll critique the design. Firstly, which I'm sure you've noticed, sharpening has occured in the graphics due to low image quality -I'd recommend fixing that as soon as possible.

Next I'd advise you to add content breaks such as faint dots in the nav bar and the main area of content, it gives a simplistic and clean effect aswell as making to easier for the eye to travel -which would potentially boost sales. - Should be enforced asap. 1-4px dots, spaced 3-8px.

I'd recommend adding an easy paragraph or so above the images, not forcing the user to scroll down.

The sides should be finished, they radiate the amateur aura I cringe at. Perhaps adding a few 1px grey borders and shadows should do the trick. Oh and make sure you get rid of the ugly black stroke on the right side of your header.

Besides that, everything is ok. Perhaps some extra work on the buttons, graphics and header could be executed for a smoother flow and a professional finish. This includes fonts; recommended are Myriad Pro and Futara Lt. Arial or Verdana/Trebechut MS is to be used on smaller writing. If you want to make the users feel more at ease add a few people cut outs, such as sales clerks, in the graphics.

    Good Luck.

    Edit:
By the way, delete the 'WELCOME GUEST! WOULD YOU LIKE TO ....'. Right now. Yes, I mean it. Keep it simple, besides finding it unprofessional it adds tension to eye and the prospect may find it slightly annoying. I definitely did.

You know, I think that it looks like an attractive and professional site, but I would never use the services because of your posting strategy here. It is extremely annoying to see the exact same advertisement posted on these forums several times a day every day. It points to an unprofessional company, in my opinion.

    Thanks

    Hello everyone,

Thanks for your advice, im looking into fixing those problems. As for my links, thats what I get for paying my scripter in full. He got lazy and never finished them! Can you believe that? So now I have to figure out how to add the information myself.

Well once again thanks for the advice and if you guys need anything feel free to email me!

Well, you hired a very bad web designer. The layout coding is unfinished, the layout graphics are unfinished and the layout was designed using tables -both making it harder to fix your problems but also edit, lowering your rank in search engines. You should of taken some time to look into and research before you hired and payed.

What you are looking for is a simple div layout. You're current website can be recreated into div, but it'll cost again. Perhaps try hire through craigslist.com or YE, it'll be cheaper and hopefully you wont make the same mistake twice. I can help you with graphics and give you guidance on web-design but I wont have enough time to code it myself.
