what program do you use to edit your site?
    what ftp program?
    what webhost do you use?
what shopping cart software do you use?
what do you use for sign ins/usernames etc? what is the difficulty of maintaing users etc.?
    do you have employees?

what is the overall difficulty in maintaining and fulfilling orders on your site from 1-10?

    thank you

I hired a scripter to make my website. He used a program called Os Commerce. Everything is done through that program.

I have 4 employees, they are all graphic designers. My fiance owns the printing part of the company and he has many more employees.

    from 1-10 i would say its a 4.

    hope i helped

OSCommerce is a free open-source e-commerce store. I've used it on a lot of websites and it works really well. It has some flaws and getting good support for it is hard.

There are also upgraded versions that you can purchase from third-party companies that increase it's features and functionality by leaps and bounds.
