Question NEED ADVICE - New Start-up with the idea of helping individuals establish and grow their business ideas.

I have this idea in which I want to help individuals establish and grow their business as well as teach individuals about finances (Good debts/bad debts, savings, investing, etc).

Over the past few years, I've been restlessly researching information on business essentials, financing (Both personal and business), and etc. Although, writing guides/manuals will be time consuming, I was wondering if any one knows where I can get basic business-start up information (physical learning materials) that are already written for easy explanation, learning, and real life application?

This is for a company that is legally recognized as a for-profit entity; However, the services and programs I want to provide will be free of charge. want to do with establishing and developing business's will not be for profit gains. I know for a fact that non-profit organization can obtain free education materials, but can a for-profit entity do the same - even if it's for free and educational services?

I know Google provides ton of general information - but I want to avoid infringing on copy-written materials as much as possible.

    Thanks.

A big reason many start ups fail is because people don't understand what they are. I have a HELL of an idea for a business but I haven't done anything with it because I'd confuse people with my idea like you have done here. A few people on here might understand exactly what you mean but if it's that complicated... most people won't understand and if they don't understand... it usually doesn't go far.

I've edited the original post, I hope it clears up a few things.
