Need a new partner

Hi,

I have started a new venture and I am outsourcing a part of the work. Here are some details that I can give -

1. You should be from India
2. It would be helpful if you have some knowledge about various engineering colleges. It is not exactly needed but would be helpful.
3. I will just help you with the initial details. Carrying out the task and hiring people if needed are solely your headache.
4. There is no investment needed. May be an initial Rs 1000 or so and you can get started. The only main investment would be time.
