Need a little Help with this

Hello Guys,

I have to make a site for my family business and i need your help.
The site is pretty simple. All i need in the site is that people can register at my site and after registering they can make a post that is only visible to me and not others that register. Every time a person logs in he can view his post or add a new one. This is all i need. So can you all help me as to how i should go about this. Is there a script available or i have to custom code it. I have no knowledge of php, just basic html knowledge. The site has to be for a competition. They have to post their entries. And therefore no other members can be able to view the entries.

So i am hoping someone will help me about this.

Most cms would be able to do this - joomla, drupal, yoops - they all have modules so that a visitor can register and make a contribution, but it not be published unless a moderator permits it.

Not sure about the exact answer but I believe that instead of a content management system (CMS), you should be searching for a type of script called Ticket Support Script which one of them can be found at Ticket Support Script (not associated with them - found through Google).
