need a lender for 450K
My name is Frank and I am German and life here 5 Years
Situation : Green Card holder but not establish credit now – working on
I already work here in the RV Industry 5 Years.
Now I like to buy a RV Service Center with Repair and Bodyshop.
The RV is a family owned business and has been around since 1965 with satisfiede Customer . Our goals are to make the best customers service in us area and friendly atmosphere our customers. We provide a full RV Service for us customer - an us slogan is nothing is impossible.

I would like to purchase this RV Service repair shop and I am putting in 100k down and I still need to find a lender to come up with 300k,
I would like to buy there portion soon so I will gladly pay a higher interest rate
Its a great opportunity and I will raise the Sale about 20% in the first year also in the second and third.

Post in 1 thread please. Otherwise it just becomes annoying.
I would also add that maybe you should hunt and go through proper channels to maybe get VC funding. A forum will most likely not amount to much, especially for the amount you are asking. If you have 100K, decent work history in that industry, references, business plan etc.. that may be enough collateral to secure a bank loan. Have you tried the bank or VC option yet?

Have you tried getting a business loan from a bank?
As it sounds like you have a regular income (6 years in the industry), and if the business is currently making a yearly net profit of $150k, surely they would give you a loan.

now is a new situation i need only 150k. but with my credit history only a week old the wild not give me any think

money is not borrowed in your name, it's borrowed in the name of the company you're trying to purchase
provided the target balance sheet meets the bank's tests for solvency and liquidity, you shouldn't have a problem
