I am starting an online service in Canada this coming summer and I have a partner whose interested in helping me running this project. Due to the fact that I do not have time to market my service, I have decided to give the role for my partner to do. Now depending on how well we do.. we have agreed to distribute the profits in percentages (still debating the profit % as I haven’t decided yet) ..

My question is.. is there a point in signing an NDA for now? Aside from NDA.. would a partnership agreement be necessary ? We haven’t really talked in details of the actual percentage of revenue distribution.. as we purely focused on the details of how we will achieve the results first.
