My part time business needs help!

Hey, as a part time business, i sell used out of lease pcs on ebay. I split them up and then I sell them, making 100-200% profit on each pc.

Problem is that i dont know where i can get them? what i did was i paid my school and bought out their lease, and then got the pcs.

Now what I need is another deal, so i can get another batch of pcs, so i can fund my other business ideas. Any tips on where i can get another batch to make some sweet money?

I have thought about putting an Ad in the classifieds in the paper, but i didnt get any responses.

I would try sending letters or emails to government offices, they are always selling off used computers, and maybe send letters to some other schools around your area? It cant hurt anyway

Yeah, i have tried, but they all sell their stuff back to the large auction houses where it becomes too expensive to make money off.

do you mean you want 2nd hand pcs? or new one pcs but with old specification?
I could help, if you want new pcs but with old specification and also get you cheap pcs.

I have a friend here in the US that helps an area nonprofit do something similar.

He said you just have to get in with the people making the leases for a specific government entity in the first place. At least here in the US if you give them a reason to sell to you rather than the big clearing houses they'll do it, be a woman or minority or a veteran or show them how you'll help create local jobs or something. Otherwise they're just going to go with the best price and biggest buyer.
