looks fine,
you need to focus on three things:
a) Effective promotion
b) Preselling prospects
c) Converting prospects into customers
I can cover these in detail if you wish
Your site is good, but it'll be even better if you apply some tools to capture and convert your prospects

Ok. This is what you do;
1) Go to http://ctpm.sitesell.com/. Look at their process. They call it CTPM. They invented this way of thinking. The P stands for "presell", the M stands for "monetise". I just call it converting prospects (who've you've presold) into customers (people you're monetising).
2) Go to http://myss.sitesell.com/TOC-main.html and get the book. They'll give you a list of specific tactics on how to multiply conversion rates
To answer your question: "how can we convert the prospects into customers?"
The answer is: you do it by preselling them, and following through with a range of conversion tactics.
For the definitive answers go to sitesell.com. I'm not the authority on these things. I'm just an overworked finance/lawyer type. My training is in law, vc and other nasty vicissitudes of life. :-)
For ecommerce, go to Sitesell, or http://gurudaq.com/ (good site)

One idea you may consider is making the product images into hyperlinks. That would make it much easier for the customer to view the products.

on your about page: (and i just skimmed)
"Our Customer’s based are around the world such as USA, UK, Australia, India, ASEAN & South East Asia."
this sentence doesn't make sense, or at least it doesn't read well.
"We have provided companies and individual across the globe with accurate services and reliability."
"...and individual ' S..."
and you're contact info - the valuestoreonline@yahoo.com - that just seems like it should be whatever@valuestoreonline.com
i just looked real quick. is that a tough sell? - selling cell phones online?
Hy
This may sound harsh but you did ask for opinions........What differs your site to that of any of the other zillion mp3 and moble phone online stores ?
Hi all,
Thanks a lot for your opinions and comments. Well, I will look through on the comments and try to improve it.
My setback now is I am not good in building website. In fact, I asked someone to design for me.
Anyway, thanks again.
