It looks good, I think you need to increase number of posts and also few sections like career counseling and off topic section. IMO.

the footer and nav bar don't render properly in ff

also, try <li> for nav bar rather than images

overall, compared to some stuff on http://www.cssbeauty.com/gallery/ i'd grade your site well below average
