Just thought about to launch website which work on WEP and allow mobile user to upload their data on public folder and private folder and
If person which to share any media video or image the links will be send by sms to friends

I think its done already. You should check the mobpartner affiliate schemes. Mobile market is also so corrupted so you cant get to them market before paying huge amount to mobile operators to get visitors. they have implemented their web restriction rules. So, at least they are expecting that you have a minimum 150K investment back before they accept you as a partner.

Hi Thanks for reply but I belief you have miss understood me what I m talking about is kind of rapid-share site for mobile where people store their movies and images and if they want to share it people can download on mobile or from web if the need they can keep it private
when ever user upload some thing all the users get sms of new link
