    My Logos - Review

Here are just a few examples of my designs, I am not a professional web designer, I just like graphic design. Can you tell me what you think of them all? My favorite is the HeyThatsYou logo.
NOTE - The final logo is partially blocked as it is my personal project that is incomplete still.

I personally like the "Feed us Life" one. But they are all pretty good.

They look ok, but there's a lot to improve on. Try checking out Logopond.com . It is full of Web 2.0 style logos. Very clean, low on the effects, and abstract. Get a few ideas from there and design some things like them. Post those up, and you'll get much more positive feedback.

    Thanks for the feedback guys!

inle - Kuffs was an idea for a customizable bracelet. Like charm bracelets but made from fabric links and buttons to connect. Never really pushed it though, but the idea got published in a local fashion mag.

Businessman413 - Thanks! Yeah I designed that for Ske for his feeduslife.com website

ACMAir - Woah some of those logos are incredible, so simple yet amazing results. I will definitely be using that site! I'm trying to improve my computer design skills, it's weird for me. I can draw a picture perfect sketch, but on the computer I can never get my head around logo design which is rather a nuisance.

    Thanks again

Thank you, I do appreciate that, I still have very far to go though. I wish software was not so expensive, like illustrator haha

Illustrator would be a great tool for logo design. Sadly I do not have very good access to illustrator, but I have photoshop. Get a logo you like, from logo pond, and make a logo identical to it. learn the techniques first, then the creativity, because you said you can draw them out well. What program do you use? Photoshop?

At the moment I use photoshop too, it's an older version though on my mac. I hope to upgrade my software soon. Thanks for the advice!

I use CS on my macbook, I like it but wish it had features to produce vectors. I am aiming to get one of the new bamboo drawing pads to make things go smoother haha

I like most of them, but I would be a little hesitant to use them for a company logo. For website logos they are fine, not the best I've ever seen, but not bad either.

The Kuffs one would make a good company logo, as it is 1 color (i.e. faxable) and doesn't have too many delicate lines. For company logo's KISS is the way to go (Keep It Simple Stupid, meaning as much as keep to the basics).

I agree totally, these logos are just website and have no place in the league of companies. The company I have been working on starting for the past few months uses a very simple logo, white blue and grey, although I designed it I used current company logos as inspiration and tried to keep it as minimalist as possible. Thanks for the feedback!
