I just wanted to share my fast-self-relaxation system. After day of work, I found myself, stress, & feel that my work is still in my head. I find myself tired of doing any stuff for personal and family. I wanted to go to gym but I feel so tired. I learned that I’m tired because of my mind and not my body. So I experimented till I created my own fast-self-relaxation system that will take only 1 hour and you will be able to tackle more.

Basically it has 3 parts that you need to hit. Your sense of smell, sense of hearing, and your body.

What I do is I play soft music, I listen to either classical or smooth jazz. Then I have candles. I have either vanilla scent or coconut scent. Aroma Therapy oil is also the best and last longer but a bit expensive. You can choose which scents you like. Then I have massagers, I have electric massager & magnetic ones. Then you slowly massage your body from head to feet. I focus on my back. After that, I’m fully re-juvinated and able to handle more task. Some suggested to drink alcohol or do drugs. I did that. Although it achieve to relax you but you are not productive after. Also drugs slows down my brain.
