Thumbs up My business shows results!

After starting this program for felons to get jobs at first people looked and acted funny like this isnt going to work a year later not one of the people we have dealt with have been back to jail or even been involved with a police incident. I just dont understand how people these days just dont get the fact that if you dont help a person who only knows how to sell drugs and stuff like that a chance how or what are they going to do.

I totally agree with you. There should be way more programs out there that give criminals jobs. These people are mostly in these situations due to unrealistic money making expectations (drug dealing is better for the money) and mostly upbringing where they have had to fend for themselves.

There is nothing wrong with these people, they just need a second chance where they can work and stay out of trouble, without the temptations.

Sounds a bit interesting. Just not interesting enough to spend the time with them, when the money can be rolling in elsewhere. And it is difficult to understand exactly you are doing.

So you approach them when they get out of jail and make them an offer? and they immediately get pumped and follow you.
