My Business is Growing and I Need Help

I started doing web design and internet marketing full time at the begining of this year. Since then I have hired 1 more designer and 1 sales rep. Currently we are expanding and hiring more people.

I need 1-2 more designers and 2 more sales rep. We are located in socal and would prefer people near by. We don't have an office yet, I am trying to keep my costs as low as possible. We are redesigning the website to include a back office. We will launching the new site with the new staff in no later then 30 days.

I have a new site launching in 4-8 weeks that I'm branding as a one stop shop for business resources. If you are interested we could do an affiliate/reseller program on my site.
